Replacement and Cancellation

• Replacement or Cancellation requests must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat
• Before 1 Sep 2021:    Replacement or Refund with $100 administration fee
• From 1 Sep 2021:      No refund
• Refunds will be processed within one month after the congress by telegraphic transfer or credit card facilities

• Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• Registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment
  
• Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant
  
• Please do not forward any values by mail. The Organising Committee and Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for any loss
